The blue crew helps specifically with the orientation process and is usually the first faces seen by incoming freshman. They teach OLLU traditions and chants during orientation and also host the M.O.S.S. and any other sporting events. First year connection executive leader Robert Sagaribay says “being part of the blue crew is a great way to gain leadership skills”. Some other benefits to this position includes moving into the dorms a week before school and also free shirts for different events.
