SAN ANTONIO—Have you ever wondered how to get your foot in the door for a leadership position? The blue crew is a perfect way of doing just that. The blue crew helps specifically with the orientation process and is usually the first faces seen by incoming freshman. They teach OLLU traditions and chants during orientation and also host the M.O.S.S. and any other sporting events.

First year connection executive leader Robert Sagaribay says “being part of the blue crew is a great way to gain leadership skills”. Some other benefits to this position includes moving into the dorms a week before school and also free shirts for different events. Applications can be picked up from the Student Leadership and Development office. Apply today and get your first step into becoming a leader here at OLLU.
