Despite there being closer coffee shops near UTSA, Palasios is willing to drive across town for a good cup of joe. “Coffee shops are a valuable part of our community because they are a good place to study, read and relax,” Palasios said.
Rosella’s Coffee shops General Manager, Vanessa Sanchez, understands coffee shops are an attraction for students. Â “Their is a lot of caffeine and agood work space and also the WiFi thing, it helps not being home and around other people who are students to,” Sanchez said.
