SAN ANTONIO — Our Lady of the Lake University’s very own Adriana Garcia is being featured in San Antonio Business Journal’s list of women leaders. She will also be able to provide mentorship through its ‘Mentor Monday’ program. According to Garcia this program is open to everybody and welcomes any students to attend. The program allows professionals to make new connections and expand their knowledge of their profession.
The Business Journal is a resource that members have access to and helps keep track of business owners. It also offers a list of top employers and other information. There is a journal in each state and each journal is city specific.
Garcia has been with OLLU for over 10 years. She has a total of three degrees covering all fields of communication such as Photography, Journalism, and Advertising. Garcia was honored to be nominated into the SABJ. Garcia joined the business field because she believed business can make a difference in a community.
