The Center for Career and Testing hosted their annual career job fair Tuesday October 16, 2018 in Providence West Social Room during community hour.
Career Services recommended all students dress in business attire when interviewing for a job. Students needing assistance with wardrobe were able to stop by Career Services. “We have a career closet that our students can come check out items. We have mens and females clothing,” said career advisor Lucero Villarreal.
“I’m a senior looking forward to meeting potential employers before I graduate,” said OLLU senior Maricela Camarago.
Our Lady Of the Lake University students were encouraged to sign up via the handshake application available both on IOS and Android. The handshake application is available all semester for any students needing help finding internships and building resumes.
To have access to handshake visit the www.joinhandshake.com and sign up. There students can schedule appointments and search for internships.
